Here's a list of The Most Common Questions We Get:

“What is Corrective Chiropractic?

Corrective Chiropractic is a comprehensive, scientific approach to traditional chiropractic care, that provides predictable results for patients. The specific techniques used include Chiropractic Biophysics® and Pettibon®, which are the most researched technique systems in the history of the Chiropractic profession.

Our office combines traditional chiropractic adjustments with Mirror Image® postural adjustments and Mirror Image® spinal/postural exercises to provide more permanent relief and improved health for patients through spine and postural correction.  With the proper application of corrective chiropractic methods, significant long-term relief can be achieved for many different conditions such as:

“Can Chiropractic help with other conditions?”

First off, at Family Health Chiropractic we do not accept all cases that come into our office. Only after a thorough history, neuromuscular examination and evaluation of spinal X-rays can we determine if Corrective Chiropractic methods are likely to correct your spinal condition and help restore your spine to an ideal and pain-free state.

Additionally, while we have seen thousands of patients overcome many medical conditions through the dedication of natural hygiene, improved nutrition and consistency, every case is unique and different. Should you have questions regarding a specific condition, please do not hesitate to call, email, chat or even facebook us!

“Are xrays necessary?”

Absolutely! X-Rays are necessary to identify the current state of your spine. Our office utilizes X-Ray analysis to rule out problems such as fractures, cancers and dislocations. However, the most important reason for X-Ray examination is to identify subluxations or misalignments in your spine, which may be causing nerve interference and stress to your joints, resulting in abnormal movement, biomechanics and tissue function. It is our policy to not X-Ray children 5 years and below as well as pregnant women.

“Is Chiropractic a safe and scientific form of care?”

Yes. In fact the techniques used at our office are the most researched technique systems in all of Chiropractic. Dr. Daniel is a primary researcher himself having published and contributed to many studies in the chiropractic profession.

“Will I have to get chiropractic care the rest of my life?”

To understand the answer to this question you have to first understand what Health is and where Health comes from. According to the World Health Organization, Health is an optimal state of function.

“Will I be cured?”

There is no such thing as a cure when it comes to spine care. You have to take care of your spine just like you have to take care of your teeth – for the rest of your life.  The good news, is that just like you can correct cavities and problems that cause tooth decay; you can correct subluxations, misalignments and the stress thjat cause spine decay.
