Care designed around how your body works.
Whether you’re dealing with back pain, headaches, a sports injury, poor posture, or years of chronic stiffness, every treatment we provide has one purpose, to restore healthy movement.
Our goal isn’t simply to reduce pain for a few days. It’s to help your body function better for years to come.
Our services are simply tools. The real objective is helping you move the way you were designed to.
It’s easy to think of a chiropractic office as a place you go to get a specific thing done, an adjustment, a massage, an X-ray. But a technique on its own doesn’t tell you much. What matters is the thinking behind it: why this person, why this problem, why now, and what will actually change the story going forward.
Everything on this page, every service, every step of our process, exists to serve one goal. Not to make you feel a little better for a day or two, but to restore the function that makes feeling good possible in the first place. That distinction shapes how we examine, how we treat, and how we measure whether care is working.
Three simple ideas run through all of it, and you’ll see them woven through everything below.
Pain is information
Pain isn’t the enemy, it’s a message. It tells us something in the system needs attention. Our job is to read that message correctly, not just silence it.
Movement is medicine
The body was built to move, and it heals through movement. Restoring how you move, not just how you feel, is what produces changes that last.
Education creates lasting results
When you understand why something hurts, you stop feeling helpless, and you gain the tools to keep it from coming back long after you leave.
Pain is rarely the beginning of the problem. It’s usually the end of one.
Here’s something most people are never told: by the time an area actually hurts, your body has usually been compensating for it for a long while. Pain is the alarm, but the wiring behind that alarm was laid down over months or years of small changes that never quite got your attention.
A shoulder that rounds forward at a desk. A hip that stopped moving well after an old injury. A core that quietly switched off. None of these hurt at first. Your body is remarkably good at working around them, until one ordinary morning you bend to tie your shoe and something “goes out.” The shoe wasn’t the problem. It was simply the last straw on a load that had been building for years.
That’s why chasing the pain alone so often fails. You can quiet the alarm for a few days with rest, medication, or a quick fix, but if the thing setting it off is still there, the alarm comes back, often louder. Lasting relief comes from looking beneath the symptom and correcting what’s actually driving it.
Beneath most pain, we tend to find some combination of:
This is the difference between treating pain and restoring function. Treating pain asks, “How do we make this feel better?” Restoring function asks a harder, more useful question: “Why is this happening, and what has to change so it stops?” Both approaches can reduce symptoms in the short term. Only the second one tends to keep them away.
It’s the reason two people with identical back pain can need completely different care. Their symptom is the same; the story underneath it isn’t. Understanding that story is the whole point of how we work, and it’s where every visit begins.
Before we treat anything, we take the time to understand it.
Good care isn’t a product you buy off a shelf, it’s a process. Here’s the path every patient moves through, from your first conversation to lasting results.
-
1
Listen
We start with your story, your history, your goals, your lifestyle, and exactly how your symptoms affect your day.
-
2
Evaluate
Orthopedic and neurological testing, a movement and posture assessment, and digital X-rays when clinically appropriate.
-
3
Understand
We review the findings together and explain, in plain language, exactly what’s happening and why, so nothing is a mystery.
-
4
Treat
We combine the right therapies for your body, never a fixed protocol applied to everyone who walks through the door.
-
5
Restore
We rebuild strength, mobility, resilience, and confidence, so progress holds and you rely on us less over time.
The order matters. Most quick-fix care jumps straight to treatment and skips the understanding, which is exactly why relief so often doesn’t last. When we take the time to listen, evaluate, and explain first, treatment becomes precise instead of generic, and you leave knowing not just that you’re better, but why.
No single treatment works for everyone. Your body deserves an individualized plan.
Think of the services below as tools, not products. After your evaluation, we choose the ones your body actually needs, and combine them into a plan built around you. Most plans use more than one, because lasting recovery rarely comes from a single therapy.
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is often described as “getting adjusted,” but that undersells what it does. A precise adjustment restores motion to a joint that has become stuck, and when a joint moves freely again, the muscles around it relax, the nervous system communicates more clearly, and confident, pain-free movement becomes possible again.
We use specific, controlled adjustments to improve spinal and joint mechanics, not to chase a sound or a sensation. The point is never the “pop.” It’s function: helping your body move the way it was designed to, and restoring your own confidence to move without guarding.
Corrective Exercise
An adjustment restores motion; corrective exercise makes it stick. This is the rehabilitation side of care, targeted movement that rebuilds strength, motor control, balance, and mobility so your body can hold the changes on its own instead of drifting back to old patterns.
We coach these movements with you so you learn to move well, not just feel better for an afternoon. They’re simple, specific, and matched to your stage of recovery. Over time, this is what turns short-term relief into long-term prevention, and what helps you need us less.
Posture Restoration
Posture isn’t about willpower or “standing up straighter.” It’s the sum of thousands of small habits your body has practiced over years, at your desk, in your car, on your phone. You can’t simply decide your way out of it, which is why reminders to sit up never seem to work for long.
Real, lasting change requires awareness, mobility, strength, and repetition, in that order. We map how your posture has adapted, then give your body the mobility and strength it needs to hold a better position without constant effort, until good posture becomes the path of least resistance.
Functional Medicine
Movement is one pillar of health, but it isn’t the only one. How you feel is also shaped by nutrition, inflammation, sleep, metabolism, and recovery. Functional medicine looks at those systems and asks why your body is responding the way it is, rather than only how to suppress a symptom.
For patients who want a deeper, whole-body picture, this care complements everything we do on the movement side, because a body that’s inflamed, exhausted, or under-recovered heals more slowly no matter how good the mechanics are. Dr. Gonzalez explores this philosophy in depth at DrDaniel.com.
Digital X-Rays
Not every patient needs imaging, and we never order it reflexively. But when your history or exam raises a specific question, about alignment, degeneration, or an injury, a low-dose digital X-ray lets us answer it with facts instead of assumptions.
When imaging is warranted, it makes your care safer and more precise, and lets us show you exactly what we’re seeing. When it isn’t, we tell you so and move on. Good diagnostics are about asking the right question, not collecting images for their own sake.
Sports Injury Care
Getting an athlete out of pain is the easy part. Keeping them out of pain means addressing the movement quality that caused the injury in the first place. We treat the injured tissue and the mechanics around it, so you return to activity stronger and less likely to break down again.
Whether you’re a weekend runner, a competitive lifter, or a student athlete, the goal is the same: not just recovery, but better movement, better performance, and fewer setbacks over a season and a career. We build your return around confidence, not just the absence of pain.
Motor Vehicle Accident Care
Even a low-speed collision can leave you with whiplash, soft-tissue injuries, joint irritation, and movement limitations that don’t fully surface for days. Adrenaline masks a lot in the moment; the stiffness and headaches often arrive later, once your body settles.
We evaluate carefully, treat the injuries methodically, and build a recovery plan around getting your normal movement back. When applicable, we also help coordinate the documentation your recovery and insurance claim may require, so you can focus on healing rather than paperwork.
Pediatric Chiropractic Care
Active, growing kids move a lot, and sometimes need gentle support to keep moving well. Our pediatric care is age-appropriate and light-touch, focused on healthy movement and development rather than force.
Parents are involved and informed at every step, and comfort always comes first. We keep visits calm, brief, and easy, and we’re happy to answer every question before we begin.
You won’t need all of these, and we’ll never sell you care you don’t. The right plan uses the fewest tools that get you the furthest, and adjusts as your body responds.
If movement is part of the problem, it’s usually part of the solution.
These are the issues we see, and resolve, every week. Each one links to a deeper guide on its causes, symptoms, and how we approach treatment.

The real difference isn’t a technique. It’s how we think.
Plenty of offices can adjust a spine. What sets our care apart is a philosophy that runs through every visit, and, ultimately, a goal that most practices never state out loud: to make you need us less.
A real exam before treatment
We diagnose before we treat, never the other way around.
Individualized care
A plan built for your body, not a cookie-cutter protocol.
Education at every step
You’ll understand what’s happening and why, and how to help.
Modern diagnostics
Digital imaging and objective testing, used when they add value.
Integrated care
Chiropractic, rehabilitation, and functional medicine under one roof.
Independence over dependence
Our aim is to help you move confidently on your own.
Some practices are built to keep you coming back indefinitely. We’d rather earn your trust by helping you graduate, stronger, more mobile, and equipped to manage your own body. When you do need us again, we’ll be here. But the measure of good care, to us, is how well you do without it.
Honest answers to the questions we hear most.
Still wondering about something? Call us at 512-347-8881we’re happy to talk it through before you ever book.
No. The first visit is about understanding your body. Many patients do receive treatment on day one when it’s appropriate, but only after an exam tells us it’s safe and likely to help. If we need more information first, or if treatment should wait, we’ll say so. We’d rather be right than fast.
Not necessarily. We only recommend imaging when your history or exam raises a specific question it can answer. When X-rays add real value to your care, we’ll explain exactly why. When they don’t, we won’t order them, good diagnostics are about asking the right question, not collecting images.
For most people, no. Adjustments are typically quick and bring a sense of relief rather than discomfort. If you’re sore, tense, or simply nervous, we adjust our approach, there are gentle, low-force techniques, and we always work within your comfort. You’re in control the entire time.
It depends on what’s driving your symptoms and how long they’ve been there. Some issues settle quickly; long-standing patterns take more time to retrain. After your evaluation we’ll give you an honest estimate and clear milestones, rather than an open-ended plan with no finish line.
Yes. We accept insurance and offer flexible payment options. If you have questions about coverage, call us at 512-347-8881 and we’ll help you understand your options before you begin, so there are no surprises.
Often, yes, but it depends on the surgery and where you are in recovery. That’s exactly what the initial exam is for. We tailor care to what’s safe for your history, work within any restrictions, and coordinate with your other providers when it makes sense.
Frequently, yes. Long-standing pain usually means long-standing dysfunction, and that’s exactly what we’re built to find and address. Chronic doesn’t mean permanent. Many of our most grateful patients had “tried everything” before finding that no one had looked at the underlying cause.
Please don’t. Pain that’s ignored tends to compound as your body compensates around it, and small problems become bigger ones. The earlier we can identify what’s happening, the simpler and faster the path back to normal movement usually is.
We believe informed patients get better results.
Understanding your body is part of the treatment, not an afterthought. Here are a few reads to start with.
Why Your Back Hurts After Long Drives
The real reason sitting stiffens your spine, and what actually helps.
The 30-Second Neck Test
A simple at-home check for whether your neck needs attention.
Why Your Pain Keeps Returning
Why relief that doesn’t last usually points to an unaddressed cause.
How Posture Changes Over Time
How years of small habits reshape the way you stand, and hurt.
What Happens During Your First Visit
Exactly what to expect, start to finish, before you walk in.
The right treatment begins with the right diagnosis.
Every person’s body tells a different story. Before deciding how to treat your pain, we believe it’s important to understand why it’s there. Whether you’ve been hurting for a few weeks or many years, we’d be honored to help you find answers, and build a plan that fits your life.
